“Weekly Wardrobe ” is a series where I share the outfit links we know and love from Instagram, with the additional real-life context of where I went—literally, sharing my calendar with you.
Because I feel that I gain a lot of insight into someone’s life by getting a peak at their weekly plans. It’s not always glamorous, but it is revealing. Let’s dive in.

After a robust morning of baby-and-me gymboree class followed by bagel sandwiches (which is Phil’s typical Saturday “Daddy-Daughter Day” with Cosima, but his broken ankle currently prohibits being her date to jump and climb and swing with abandon), I snuck out for a glass of rosé with a friend at our neighborhood wine bar before an evening of playing in the back yard and eating delicious take-out dinner.

Pink blouse (size down; I am obsessed and want the white next), AGolde button-fly jeans (select “non stretch” colors), very cushioned white Dolce Vita sneakers, Temple St. Clair amulet necklace.

No joke, we went to the rodeo. I’d wanted to go last year, and luckily when I saw it was already sold out this year, I was able to score tickets from a friend. Yay. The Sunday afternoon show was filled with children in the crowd. (“Show?” IDK the word for a session of rodeo!) Many women in attendance were in full cos-play rodeo gear, but make it Veronica Beard or from Tuckernuck. It was a little more “Nashville bachelorette brunch” than “we’re watching an hour of professional horseback riding in a pretty field near suburban North Mount Pleasant.” Charleston loves a theme, and I like the enthusiasm.

Marea shirt, Gap navy linen pants (size down), Freya Gardenia hat (I have S/M), and Bauble Bar peridot earrings.

My plan was to stay downtown for a breakfast date with a friend while Cosima was in school, so I dressed to feel polished an be comfortable walking a lot. But, in the morning, Cosima and I first strolled to a neighborhood polling place to vote in a local election before then driving downtown, where I enjoyed a morning of nutella toast, good conversation, and walking the Charleston peninsula in full spring blooms.

Ann Taylor perfect shirt, J.Crew cardigan (part of a twin set), Celine belt, Old Navy jeans (size down), Saint Lauren bag, Tamara Melon gladiator sandals.

A very casual day of not seeing anyone because my plan was to return home after preschool drop off for a morning of life admin inside the house. A pleated tennis skirt seemed more civilized than leggings, and I added a striped long-sleeved shirt (thicker than a tee, but thinner than a sweatshirt) under my favorite cotton sweater (I need the striped version!) with my favorite sneakers. We spent the evening on a long stroller walk with the dog, and at the playground with preschool friends.
Gap sweater (maybe size down), Tuckernuck shirt, Lululemon skirt, New Balance sneakers (mind some retailers have unisex sizing).

I spent my three hours of preschool time getting a facial with my long-time gal and friend, Isabel. I got dressed quickly and went with a no-fail navy-and-white combo with half-barrel leg jeans, a cashmere sweater, and dark green velvet Mary Jane flats. This later transitioned well with a navy knit blazer to meet Phil for an early dinner date at Bar167 (a busy day out and about for me!).

White + Warren sweater (also have and love these), Mint Velvet jeans, Flabelus shoes, exact and similar blazers, Saint Laurent tote.

After preschool drop off, I enjoyed a lovely outdoor breakfast at Island Provisions with a fellow mom friend before heading to my favorite store, Mildred Newberry, to pick up gifts for three friends. I love Jacobean florals and this blouse for that reason, which got thrown on under a knitted jacket, those button-fly jeans, and paired with black Chanel ballet flats.
Ulla Johnson blouse, Zara jacket, AGolde jeans (and here), Celine belt, Funny Valentine sapphire and gemstone necklace , Temple St. Clair amulet necklace.
